About Wal-Staf Personnel
We hire and place employees in clerical, light industrial, and technical positions. We place employees in short term, long term, temp-to-permanent, and direct hire positions. We currently have offices in Gainesville, Ocala, and Lake City. We are locally owned and operated, and have been in business since 1977.
All of our employees go through a rigorous screening process including testing, interviews, reference checks and background checks. Applicants are never charged a fee and are paid on a weekly basis.
Clients can keep our associates for as short or long a period as they want and only pay for one line item, cost of labor. If and when the client decides to hire our associate, this may be done after completing a probationary period. We take pride in offering excellent customer service and quality employees!
It's a win-win situation for our clients because we pay for all the advertising, screening and employee costs, like FICA, insurance and taxes while they get their work done.
