Essential skills include:
- Customer service skills, including general technical and IT support
- Training skills and experience for "in person" and webinar training settings
- Ability to compile appropriate metrics
- Willingness to assist with general office duties and being cross trained across department positions
- Microsoft Office expertise
- Adobe LiveCycle Designer and/or Adobe Acrobat Professional preferred
- Experience in standards testing a plus
