Customer Service Rep needed in Lake City area! Job requires excellent customer service skills, typing, computer and people skills. Must be a team player, know MS Word, Excel and be proficient. Experience with Great Plains is a plus. This position will interact with customers, to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and service. Needs and wants need to be met quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner. High School diploma is required. Hours will be Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm with overtime when necessary without notice, so must be flexible!!
